In the year 2010, the 77th was formed, and played in the mod called Mount & Musket for Mount & Blade: Warband. After some time they eventually changed the name of the regiment to 77y Tenginsky Pehotniy Polk. Then in 2012, the new DLC was released and this allowed the community to migrate to the new DLC.

The Mount & Blade: Warband - Mount & Musket Mod Service Medal is awarded to people who have played with the regiment during its time in the Mount & Musket Mod for Mount & Blade: Warband between 2010 and 2012.

The CO Ribbon is awarded to people who have been promoted to the CO rank of CO from 2018.

To apply for the Lieutenant Ribbon you must meet the following conditions

• Active in regiment from 2018
• Been promoted to the rank of either Lieutenant, Captain, Major or Colonel

The NCO Ribbon is awarded to people who have been promoted to the NCO rank of either Corporal or Sergeant from 2018.

• Been promoted to the rank of either Corporal or Sergeant in 2018
